苹果的市值超过了微软，这是一个什么信号呢？技术越来越走到后面，而用户体验会越来越走到前面，因为用户买的是效果，所以一个用户体验为王的时代正在来临。
过去我们经常认为（的模式是），我们有一个博士，有申请的专利，有一个技术，拿技术去找市场，从我自己亲身经历的教训和我看了很多失败的例子来看，这种模式的失败率几乎是百分之百。也就是说你有什么技术，你有什么学历，你有什么专利，如果不能为市场和用户所认可，可以认为没有什么价值，所以我建议大家把自己的手段放低，要从用户出发，不是从你自己出发。从市场出发，你去观察做一些什么事情，可能不一定需要高深的技术，当然如果有了更好。但是如果能去改善用户体验，能让用户过去很费力的事突然变得很简单，或者让用户过去一个很花钱的东西变得可以很便宜，甚至免费，我觉得你可能就找到了一个点，这个点我称之为微创新.
